Refund policy

Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.

If you are unhappy with any of our product, navigate to the Orders section. Click on the “Get Help” button and mention you want refund. A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund instantly.

All refund requests has to be made within 30 days of purchase.

If you’re not happy with our product or support, you can ask for refund within 30 days, No Question Asked. Once refund request is sent, you will get a full refund. To request a refund please submit a request that contains your Transaction ID.

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and support is available during our office hours 9.00am – 600pm (GMT+7). If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
