If you have purchased our WordPress Themes, Membership on our website and you are experiencing technical issues, we highly recommend that you submit a ticket with your issues to get support quickly. Our dev is ready to assist as soon as possible.  We understand that you get, hence, sometimes, you do not satisfy with the product, you can get a refund.

All refund requests over 15 days since the purchase date will be not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services, annual package & lifetime package.

Hơever, there are some cases that can be refused for a refund. It is ‘the item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality’. Or you simply change your mind, you bought an item by mistake.

Refund policy is not for commercial products except discounted and sale of items. In other words, refund policy is not for discounted and sale off items under no circumstance.

Please note that we are off-ofice on Saturdays and Sundays and support is available during our office hours 8:00am – 5:30 pm (GMT+7). If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
