The short answer is no. Because you can get the same features in both 2 packages. It just has a difference in the time you used products & get support.
How can I do it if my package is expired?
When your package expires, you can renew your package for the new year. For a long time to use packages without renew packages, our lifetime package is available for you.
How can I get a refund?

At Opal, we are available 3 kinds of supports:
+ Ticksy: All technical question-related to theme development, how to use, install & configuration.
+ Email: [email protected], we will receive all the customization services.
Which issues will be late?
Normally, we try to check & fix issues within 24/7. Hence, if your issues are complicated & difficult, we will inform you to wait more time on fixing.
Besides, on our holiday, issues can be delayed a little bit. Please don’t worry about this. Before the holiday, we will notify the details on our website to let you know and schedule your work.
What should we do if we are not satisfied with your support?

Do you support with your Free products
For a Free product, you can get the support but something can be limited. Then we will be in charge of all tickets with our support. Other issues as customization or add new features will be refused.
Can I order with customization service?
Normally, we don’t charge users if you need help with basic customization for your site. We’ll help you customize your site to look like the favorite demo. In case of advanced customization, this will need further discussions and we’ll charge some extra fees.
If my order is overtime for a refund. Can I get a refund?
We are so sorry to say that we cannot give you a refund in this case. Because it’s against our policy so we can’t break the rule. Moreover, if you have any issues, we will give you the best support.
Can I get a refund for customization services?
When you order our customization services, we assign our developer to contribute to projects. During the customization service process, we will support you to solve all problems that ensure it works on your website as normal. Moreover, the fee that you paid for our service is an amount of time & cost that our developer spends on serving you. So, it can not be refunded.
